AMAN is volunteer-run. These are the two people who carry responsibility for its direction, its finances and its promises.
Mohammed Faheem
Mohammed Faheem CEO, Center for Strategic Solutions, is a professional enabler known for delivering hard-hitting messages that move people emotionally and inspire them to make long-term, substantive changes in their personal and professional lives. Mohammed transitioned recently as CEO of the Center for Strategic Solutions after 10 years as the Director of Business Employer Solutions and Corporate Relations at the Illinois workNet Center in Arlington Heights where he helped design and implement nationally recognized programs in workforce development. Prior to this position, Mohammed founded a series of successful businesses in Houston Texas, ranging from Business Consulting to Construction and the Internet before taking early retirement to concentrate on philanthropic activities and community outreach. He also anchored the International News Hour on AM 1070 KENR, did a call-in talk radio show on business and community affairs and was project Chairman for the Jaycees Habitat for Humanity Projects in Baytown, Texas. Mohammed is a founding member of the Midwest Reshoring Initiative, the Northwest Area Planning Council, the Tech Advisory Council at Lake Park High School, Member Board of Regents at Northwest Suburban College in Rolling Meadows, and sits on the steering committee for Ability Links at Marrionjoy Hospital. Dr. Arshad Qureshi
Dr. Arshad Qureshi is an accomplished IT Executive and CEO of AQITsolutions with over twenty years of experience in academic as well as real world experience in developing and executing operational strategies to promote organizational growth and utilization of emerging technologies. Dr. Qureshi has a strong background in applied mathematics including authoring several Engineering Mathematics text books that are prescribed reading in Universities in India. He also trained several members of the Saudi Arabian Army IT corps in using Microsoft and CISCO technology and then transitioned into information technology consulting for project management and business development to companies such as Time Warner Cable, Comcast, Addison Search Group, AT&T and Hispanic Housing Development Corporation. His vast academic and IT experience gives him a unique ability to apply technology, in all its forms, to business processes including accounting, finance, facilities, inventory control, budgeting, vendor management and various operational processes. He is the treasurer for Burr Oak Glen North Home Owners Association and Odyssey Lofts Board of Directors. Dr. Qureshi strongly believes in using education as a tool in developing a cohesive and strong community that includes people of different backgrounds that utilize their talents for the common good.
